Failure to make timely payments may result in:

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Shoptalk Business Solutions are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment is completed, the client agrees that:

This applies to all services provided, including consultations, project fees, design work, development, advertising, retainers, and marketing services.

Even if the client chooses to discontinue the project, does not provide necessary inputs, or is dissatisfied with results, no refunds will be issued.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, lawful, and complete information required for service delivery
  • Respond promptly to requests, approvals, and feedback
  • Avoid requesting unethical activities such as spam messaging, database scraping, impersonation, or misleading ads

Delay or failure to provide necessary information will impact timelines and is not the responsibility of Shoptalk Business Solutions.


6. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external variables. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Sales or revenue growth
  • Website traffic
  • Leads or conversions
  • Improved ROI/ROAS
  • Rankings on Google or social platforms

We only commit to utilizing industry-standard best practices.


7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All raw/source design files remain the property of Shoptalk Business Solutions until full payment is received.
  • After completion and final payment, final deliverables become the property of the client.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, websites, social platforms, and promotional material unless restricted by a signed NDA.

8. Restrictions

Users agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any content from our Website
  • Use our Website for unlawful or harmful activities
  • Upload malicious files, scripts, or attempt unauthorized access

Violation will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.
